🎓 Eligibility & Age (Education, Age Limit)

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be a retired Non-gazetted Railway employee who held the same cadre/category (up to three levels higher than the post applied for; preference given to those retired from the same pay level).
  • Employees retired under LARSGESS or those who were removed, dismissed, or compulsorily retired are not eligible.
  • Must be free from DAR/Vigilance cases and medically fit in the prescribed category.
• Age Limit:
  • Maximum age limit is 65 years.

💰 Salary & Fees (Pay Scale, App Fee)

• Remuneration (Pay Scale):
  • A fixed monthly remuneration determined by deducting the basic pension from the last basic pay drawn at the time of retirement (as per Railway Board guidelines/RBE No. 96/2024).
  • A fixed Transport Allowance is admissible; no increment, Dearness Allowance (DA), or House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be paid.
